This document has been prepared by AFFM S.A., having its registered office at 3, Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, registered with the Luxembourg Commercial Registry under number B 221.009, acting in its capacity of management company within the terms of Chapter 15 of the Law of 17 December 2010 (hereinafter “2010 Law”) for undertakings for collective investments (the UCIs). AFFM SA and the UCIs under its management (the Funds) are authorized in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.
The individuals to whom personal information processed by or under the control of AFFM SA belongs have the right, at any time, to exercise the rights provided by the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (right of access, rectification, cancellation, processing limitation, data portability, opposition) by sending a request to the email address dpo@affm.lu or by mail to the DPO of AFFM SA, at its registered office.
